About self-healing
Self-healing is a form of embodied inner work that helps you move toward a healthier, freer and more connected state of consciousness. In sessions, you sit or lie down and turn your attention inward. You learn to be present with different parts of yourself, and to connect with your body and subconscious.
A compassionate and profound process
Everything is welcome. You develop a healthier relationship with your emotions. From a safe and supportive foundation, we gradually move into more difficult and painful layers - because this is where transformation happens. We connect with the self-healing capacity of your consciousness, ask simple questions, and feel into what lives in you. This creates space for old patterns and unprocessed emotions to integrate.
Guidance and learning to do it yourself
Guided sessions are valuable because you are held in connection while learning the process - it is easier and deeper than when you do it alone. At the same time, you can learn step by step how to do sessions on your own, so you can increasingly also be there for yourself.
Why this work is valuable
Self-healing creates space for the integration of what arises in your life, and helps you develop an inner process that can support you throughout your life. With dedication, it can lead to profound transformation. As you become more whole, this also has a positive impact on the people around you and the wider world.
Self-healing in practice
Self-healing sessions take place online, in a safe and supportive space where everything is allowed. We usually look at something that is triggering you - a relationship issue, for example - and explore the deeper layers connected to it.
Awareness as a foundation
We begin with a short meditation, so you can more easily observe from a place of awareness. I attune to the deeper dimension of consciousness and to your unique process, and guide you with simple questions and brief explanations. You are always free not to share something. Your inner experience and pace lead the way.
Alchemy
Consciousness activates a natural process of alchemy, setting healing in motion. It continues after a session. As different parts of you are gradually met with attention, integration unfolds and you move towards greater harmony. It changes your life from the inside out. This is something that can only truly be understood through direct experience.
