Guides for self-healing
To support your understanding and practice of self-healing, there are three practical guides that accompany the sessions. You can download the first guide below. The other two guides are shared gradually throughout the sessions, allowing them to align naturally with your process.
About the guides
The first guide lays the foundation: you learn to observe your thoughts and feel consciously. You develop a greater capacity to be present with yourself from a place of awareness, also during difficult moments.
The second guide introduces a simple but powerful form of embodied self-inquiry. It helps you become aware of old conditioning - such as self-doubt - and learn how to meet it, so you gain more agency in your life.
The third guide supports you in developing a healthy relationship with your emotions, and in integrating unhelpful conditioning and old, unprocessed emotions. A deeply transformative process that makes you freer and lighter from the inside out.
