What you experience in sessions
In self-healing sessions, we explore your inner experience together: your thoughts, feelings, and the sensations in your body. Everything is welcome. We work with a compassionate, powerful process rooted in your consciousness’s natural capacity for healing.
You learn to reconnect with your inner wisdom and deepen your emotional awareness. From there, you can gradually explore the deeper layers of what you're struggling with in life - such as anxiety, feeling stuck, or recurring relationship patterns.

One of the unique aspects of self-healing is that, alongside guided sessions, you can also learn to practice it yourself. These three guides will support you along the way.

How self-healing began
This work is rooted in my own healing journey and two trainings focused on guiding others in embodied inner work. What began as a personal crisis in 2012 grew into a deep passion for human consciousness and inner transformation.
Through my own experience, I’ve come to know how much positive change is possible. I would love to share what I have learned and support you on your own unique journey.
